Summary
Kusuo is learning to function without his powers—and slowly beginning to realize that taking them away doesn't automatically make him 100% normal. He still needs to work at getting people to ignore him, and still has to put effort into living just like everyone else.
Hooray.
Unfortunately, some of the assumptions Kusuo had made about his brother aren't exactly true. Just because he lost his psychic abilities doesn't mean the game is over: it just means that the scales aren't tipped in his favor anymore. It means Kusuo is more vulnerable than ever before.
