Summary
It has been 2 years since Chuuya's best friend had gone missing, leaving his life and work behind in Tokyo and all the memories with it.
Only the walls of a small bar in Yokohama can tell you how badly the two friends yearned for the other. 6 years of friendship and the unexplored depth of unspoken words is enough to send both Chuuya & Dazai into a spiral after being separated.
Only the walls of that bar, and a certain bar-tender who happened to witness it all go down from the sidelines, that is.

Summary
“That’s it shitty Dazai!” Chuuya yelled as he got up angrily. He didn’t make it all the way up before he landed back on the bed with a gasp.
Infront of him, on the floor near his bedroom door, was a tiny head coming out of Dazai’s dress shirt and a small body wrapped loosely in bandages. If he wasn’t looking closely, he would have mistaken the little creature for a pile of laundry. The little brunette gasped in surprise and stared at Chuuya with wide frightened eyes.

Summary
Chuuya Nakahara no longer remembers the time before the port mafia; his world consisted of blaring lights, white walls, and the sharp, cruel tools that were used to modify his soul, his entire being. He was no longer a person, he never felt human, diminished to nothing but a lab rat.
However, although his body had been pricked and sliced without warning; tortured and studied like some rabid beast, nothing made him feel more disgustingly human than that strange boy with the bandages. Whenever he caught a glimpse of him his emotions flared in all the wrong ways; he had been programmed to be an obedient and unfeeling weapon, but the boy always knew how to get on his nerves. Mocking and insulting him for no reason at all; completely unprovoked.
He'd definitely have to pay one day. As soon as he was free.
P.S This is SLOW burn so don't expect any smut til chapter 5-ISH.
