Tom’s buddies had invited him out to go drinking. He originally planned on turning them down, but Becky had encouraged he go. She didn’t want to ruin a chance for a fun night or for him just because she didn’t like alcohol.
Now she regrets doing so.
(Aka, Tom gets handed an Alcoholic Drink and he doesn’t realize until it’s too late, and now it’s Becky’s problem. Though how much of a problem it is depends on your perspective.)

During the fight with Yaldabaoth, the False God of Creation, in a final gambit, unleashes one final attack on the exhausted Phantom Thieves, killing both himself and them.
