Bakugou Katsuki’s supposed to have it all together — the attitude, the control, the career. Japan’s next top hero.
Instead, he’s stuck halfway there: overworked, under-rested, and now the reluctant face of IGNITION, a high-stakes branding campaign designed to turn his explosive reputation into marketable perfection.
Then there’s Kirishima Eijirou — his best friend, his roommate, his constant. Lately... Kirishima’s been different... experimenting. Bakugou can’t ignore — not when he can hear it through the wall.
He shouldn’t have listened, shouldn’t have touched himself to it... and Kirishima definitely shouldn’t have over heard him.

Summary
Bakugo nearly falls through the door when it opens. Kirishima, Red Riot, comes into focus, and his eyes flash with fear, maybe a little worry before masking themselves back into the stone-cold red that Bakugo’s used to seeing. Maybe the concern was just a trick of the light, maybe something that Bakugo’s adrenaline-infused mind just made up.
He could kill me easily, Bakugo thinks. Or he could just let me die.
But as his pain-addled mind debates those outcomes as well as it can, Kirishima is doing none of those things, and is hoisting him up gently so Bakugo’s weight can comfortably rest on him as his feet lift off of the floor.
“Who got you?” Are the words out of Kirishima’s mouth, soft yet filled with anger; and then, quieter: "I'll kill them."
in which pro hero bakugo shows up at red riot's door, injured, in the middle of the night. kirishima takes care of him.- Language:

Summary
When Kirishima Eijirou starts middle school, he meets the bully of his nightmares. Bakugou Katsuki is everything he hates: cocky, psychotic, narcissistic... and dangerous. The kid is unstable at best. At worst, he's blood-thirsty. Yet, somehow he thinks he is worthy of being a hero? No way. Not if Eijirou has anything to say about it.
Turns out he should've just kept his head down.
Bakugou sets his sights on making every day a special kind of hell for Eijirou. It’s torture of the worst kind, and Eijirou has never hated anyone more.
Years later, he learns that the same bastard who tormented him just helped save all of Japan. Everyone loves the jerk. His name is everywhere, and people fawn over him wherever he goes.
Rage blinds him. Eijirou isn't about to let this psycho become Japan’s darling. The cycle has to end—once and for all.
Blood Riot is born—and he’s on a mission to murder.
Too bad Bakugou catches feelings for him.

The Blood Riot origin story I've been dying to write but was never brave enough to put to paper—until surviving cancer. This fic gets dark, but ohhhh, it will be worth it.
