    Tony Stark: A genius billionaire who has lost his parents, his son, and in time, his happiness to the likes of the enhanced. Whilst acting as a hero to many, and an enemy to others, in reality, he just wants to be left alone in his grief.

    The Enhanced: Humans that have gained abilities through illegal experimentation. Most are aligned with the Rogues, a group of enhanced people who fight for their rights - no matter the cost. Truthfully, they also just want to be left alone.

    Then, there is Peter Parker: An average kid that somehow gets caught up in a murderous conspiracy, a possible decade-old kidnapping, and... what are these strange abilities he is gaining all of a sudden?

    Peter has a feeling he isn't going to be left alone any time soon.

I promise, once I’ve destroyed all of the weapons, once I’ve chased up every shipment — I’ll stop. I promise.”

    Pepper looks into his eyes and wishes more than anything that she could believe him.
