Tommy and Tubbo were abandoned by their parents on the doorstep of the children's home due to them not being gifted with powers.
Tommy was 2 and Tubbo was 6.This led to them getting neglected by the caretakers of the home and bullied by the rest of the children there, they couldn't even walk safely outside on the streets of Manberg without someone cussing them out and beating them up.
After all, everyone was born with powers right?

Summary
Tommy Innit was a Villain. He was a villain in every sense of the term and everyone knew it. His face was in the papers, on tvs, and social media. People were scared to walk the streets at night because of his smiting hand. But Tommy was Lonely. He was a 16 year old avian with no flock. Of course that would change. He knew that it would take awhile to adjust to the new life, but Flock would be safe. They would learn that Tommy’s all they need. They would learn to be happy with him.
Tommy would learn to ignore the voices that told him that it’s all fake. He could. He didn’t care if the date of the incident loomed over him, it would all be okay.

Summary
“No.” the pink haired man at the doorway replies, crossing his arms over his chest as he stares down at Tommy with a stern look on his face. “I’m not going to let you wander around on an injured leg and waste our resources, just because you won’t let your leg heal.”
“Well, whose fucking fault is that then?” Tommy snaps back with a sneer. “If I recall correctly, you were the one who shot me in the fucking ankle. Maybe if you had bothered to open your fucking eyes and look, then I wouldn’t have been injured in the first place.”
“At least we didn’t leave you to die.” the man harshly retorts, ignoring the warning look Phil sends his way. “Now until your leg starts to heal, you are to stay in bed until we say so.”
“You can’t fucking keep me here-"
“Alright, alright!” comes a loud voice and Phil steps into view, waving his hands as he stands between the two.

Alone with no one by his side, Tommy continues to wander aimlessly as the harsh winter weather quickly begins to set in. Then, as though things weren't bad enough, he's suddenly gets shot in the leg by a pair of strangers who mistake him for a zombie.
It takes a while, but eventually Tommy gains a family again.
