Summary
The work kept him sort of fed, clothed, and able to buy some first-aid supplies. Rent was out of the question (not that he could sign a lease, being underage and without ID), so he’d found a condemned abandoned building to squat in. No power, no hot water and structurally unsound, but it was out of the rain and he had a stray cat as a roommate, so it was fine.
Peter was fine. Hungry, cold, and alone, but fine. The fact that his new home was not in Queens but instead was ever-so-slightly over the border in Hell’s Kitchen was a tad bit concerning, but that was fine, too. He just made sure not to do any Spider-Manning near Daredevil’s territory to avoid drawing the Devil’s attention.

Re-post and Expansion of: 'In Which Buck's 'Therapy' is NOT Brushed Off'
What if someone had noticed how off Buck was after his therapy session and actually asked about it?
Buck gets some actual help after being assaulted, alongside the ‘jokes’ at the 118 – which help tell him exactly how he is thought of there, and does not endear his co-workers to him. With Buck not holding on to the ‘firefam’ so tight from the start, things change drastically for him – and yet other things not at all.
A Buck who grows with his storyline, and is not his co-workers punching bag. He works overtime at other stations, so his social circle grows.

Summary
Missing Chris is less of an emotion these days and more of a physical entity. He’s sure everyone can see that he’s slowly hollowing himself out, that he can’t do much of anything else.
But when Jee laughs at him trying to get his tongue to touch his nose, and Mara loops one of her arms through his to keep him from tossing the rest of his cup in the garbage, Eddie feels solid again.
Maybe he likes yellow birthday cake ice cream after all.
(or, gerrard messes with the team's schedules and eddie 'i just drove my son to flee the state' diaz is the only option to watch mara and jee-yun after school on tuesdays, which, shouldn't be a problem at all, right?)
