Summary
Down to the remaining eleven rebels in the country of Japan, all seems lost. The ultimate win of the League is on the horizon, the country is in shambles, and the last heroes are slowly being picked off one by one, the years long war is almost over. Then Deku, leader of the last rebel faction, is given the chance to start over. A civilian with a time travel quirk has offered his services, and it is an opportunity that none of them can refuse. The chance to save their friends and families and loved ones is a chance that's worth the risks and the expectations. Even if it means having to disappear when in the past, these last heroes will do whatever it takes, with Deku leading the charge.
Starting over from square one shouldn't be too difficult, despite the laundry list of actions to be taken.

Summary
When Oliver Queen was found on the island, everyone expected him to return to being a playboy. Quentin expected to hate the boy for being the reason his daughter was on the boat that night. What they got no one expected. Queen limped around and carried a cane. He flinched away from everyone who tried to approach him. Quentin starts to put aside his own pain to truly see the man.
Oliver was bone tired. He didn't know how many universes this made at this point. Most were similar. Some were vastly different. Due to the differences he never knew what to expect. All however began with him at some point on the island. Usually days before rescue. Oliver didn't even know what he was fighting for anymore.
