Stiles gasped and put his head down. Holy shit, everyone knew what they had been doing, and they could clearly hear and see everything that happened.
“Oh my god. I can never look at any of you in the eyes again,” Stiles mutters. He wants to shrivel up and die right here on the dirt floor.

“I've made a mistake,” Paige said out loud. When she decided to go on a walk in the preserve it was partly cloudy, the forecast didn't show it was going to rain but as she got further and further away from her car the worse it looked outside. Paige tried looking at her phone but got no service. Clouds covered the sky and the wind blew harshly, if Paige breathed in hard enough she could smell the rain waiting to fall from the sky.
After about 30 minutes of wandering, rain starts pouring from the sky. She's soaked to the bone, freezing cold. By the grace of God, she stops in front of a mansion. ‘It's worth a shot. At least until the rain stops,’ she thinks to herself.
She runs up the steps and goes to knock on the door, it swings open. “Stiles? It's raining so hard. I told you to come back earlier,” said a tall, dark, and handsome man. Paige gasped at the sight, she felt like she knew this man but couldn't quite remember his name. The man looks down at her and frowns, “You're not Stiles.”

Luring the pack out thinking it was Stiles as if he’d asked the pack to meet at the preserve in the middle of the night. The pack stands, surrounding the witch in a circle. She looks at the pack before picking her victim. She runs to attack Stiles but Derek jumps in front of him at the last second.
“Derek! NO!” Stiles yells but it’s too late. The witch looks stunned before grinning; she cackles before punching Derek in the chest. A bolt of lightning shoots out of her hands and into Derek. He slumps to the floor growling. The pack runs to their alpha to stop the witch from doing more harm.
She stands over Derek. “You’ll kill your mate and your pack, you won’t be able to control the chaos inside. Too bad I won’t be here to see it.” She shrugs her shoulders before snapping her fingers and disappearing. The pack looks around to see if they can find her, when they turn up blank they turn back to Derek

Stiles would like to preface that he is NOT dating Derek. Even if Stiles wishes with all his heart, he knows he never has a chance with Derek. Stiles has seen such a positive change in Derek in almost 2 years of knowing him, and he doesn’t want to get in the way of his progress. Stiles has seen the hard work and dedication Derek has put in, Derek has become the most kind and special alpha the pack loves and relies on. Stiles knows that Derek has worked on uniting the pack together as well as developing a bond with each member of the pack. Derek has been able to level with each member and have their own unique friendship because he wants to be someone each member can turn to. While Stiles and Derek’s friendship may look different from the others, it’s only a friendship. So despite what others may say, Stiles would definitely know if he was in a relationship with the most perfect specimen that is Derek Hale.
