Shouta Aizawa swallowed, suddenly finding his voice. “So you’re saying…?”
Overhaul sighed, annoyed. The taller child flinched ever so subtly.
“I’m saying your new job is to watch over my charges, keep them safe, keep them here in my base, deliver them calmly to the labs for their daily dissection and most importantly, make sure they stay where they are supposed to. That one-” Overhaul jerked towards the older child, with the green hair. “Likes to run.”
“So you’re saying…”
Overhaul pinched the bridge of his mask. “You’re their babysitter, yes.”

Aizawa Shouta has spent six months carefully working up the ranks of the Shie Hassaikai as a double agent in order to gain information on how exactly the quirk erasing bullets are being produced.
Who better than the teacher turned secret agent to watch over the kids whose blood and bones make the bullets vital to Shie hassaikai's entire operation.

In other words, Aizawa is a double agent working for Chisaki kai. After earning Kai's trust, the man decides that Aizawa should babysit Eri and Izuku, who are nessesary for the quirk bullets to work.

“So what have you been up to this weekend?”
“Family picnic,” Peter says.
“Oh, great, great fun,” Tony says and swipes away from the article about Spider-Man wrestling a giant spider on the roof of the Chrysler building.
It’s quite obvious that Tony knows he is Spider-Man, but decided not to acknowledge it; decided to keep the secret going. For what reason, Peter doesn’t know. Maybe Tony thinks he can use the information in his favor, or maybe he just doesn’t want Peter to freak out. Either way, it serves Peter just fine, because Tony tries so hard to keep up his oblivious act that he never prods too hard or looks too deep.

Oww, Peter thought blandly as he shifted- no, scratch that, tried to shift- onto his back but quickly decided that wasn’t in his best interest. Voices, both his own and not, swam in his head like a wave beating against his forehead.
“They’re coming here because of me, right? Because I’m Peter Parker? So cast a new spell, make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Make everyone forget me.”
“It wouldn’t be enough. Your very presence would destabilize this universe.”
Peter finally managed to roll himself over onto his back, ignoring the sharp pain that shot through his spine at the movement enough to sit up and look around. He was in an alley which thankfully held no occupants save himself and the trash littering the ground.
“But I can… I can send you away. To a place where there is no Peter Parker. No Spiderman.”
