The Government finds out what's been happening at Playtime.Co after the 'Hour of Joy'. Once the millitary is done raiding the factory, the toys left alive are, one by one, taken to a sanctuary owned and run by a man named Mr.Crump.
Now in their new home loosely surveillanced by the millitary, the small amount of surviving toys from the factory begin to finally find the safe and comfortable environment they need to begin acting like happy, playful children once again.
