Percy is Chaos’s child, as well as Poseidon and Sally’s. Medusa helps Sally raise him, because yes. I’ll update this when I have a better idea where it’s going!
Inspired mostly by ‘Alone at the edge of the Universe’ by Sarcastic_Metaphor, but also by almost anything I’ve ever read (don’t bother looking at my bookmarks, they’re a nightmare.)

Summary
After Hiccup gets turned into a Night Fury (see Shadow's Brother), the Berkians start training their kids better. Astrid is determined to be the Chief's Heir, and it shows. Fishlegs is a muttering genius, the twins are randomly intelligent or oblivious, and Snotlout is there. Without spoiling anything, Astrid learns to listen to people, Fishlegs learns that dragons aren't all bad, Hiccup and Toothless learn that the Queen is bad, and life is good. (you know, except for all the poor unnamed vikings and dragons dying in the background. and foreground. and just, the ground.)

Summary
So, my siblings listen to a lot of pop songs (not usually my genre), and they get stuck in my head. My memory is pretty good, so eventually I end up singing along because I know all of the words (better than my siblings, sometimes. which is funny). However, I do not particularly appreciate the messages in most of these songs (especially Taylor Swift. I'm not sorry.). So, I had a genius Idea: Write a songfic for all of the songs, so that I can sing along (because that's going to happen whether I like it or not), and enjoy it. I figured I would start with one of my favorites, hoping that it would be easier, so I chose "Treat You Better," by Shawn Mendes. I hope you enjoy.
Hiccup loves the village, and wants the entire world to experience the peace he imagines. One day he writes a song to the village, telling them how much he loves them, how much he'd do for them. The Queen has dominated both Berkians and dragons for centuries, and he will put an end to her reign. The 'Viking Way' has done him no favors, it's rather ruined his life, in fact. It too must go. The village, though, and it's people: he will help them till his dying breath.
