Its the rewrite of the Jon doesn't join the watch (and goes to kings landing) Jonsaerys. They all have connected green/dragon dreams that they don't really remember when they wake up.

10~yearold Jon was kidnapped(they thought he was Rob because he looks a stark) and was dragged around the north by a crazed ex-nights watchmen until he was dragged through the nightfort(guided by a murder of crows) where he finds dark sister leaning against a weirwood tree. -

Summary
Following the Cats' betrayal at the Witcher Tournament, the witcher schools, realizing that King Radowit II's plot was just the tip of the spear, unite to create a Witcher Nation. All the schools except the Cats, that is. The Cats, having participated in the massacre of another school, are exiled and banned from this new nation.
The witchers isolate themselves in the northern kingdom of Kaedwen, leaving the Cat witchers and humanity to each other for almost a century. Then a bard steals the King of Renedia's pet and smuggles it into Kaedwen.

Summary

Dragons, by nature, are possessive, protective creatures, and Rhaenyra knows that the Realm will not accept her simply because her father declared it to be, and she will not allow her children, even the ones not of her womb, to be harmed.
Her father delights in it. The Realm whisper about her kindness. Otto is his normal self. Gwayne's just along for the ride. Laenor is having a grand old time. Daemon, eventually, despairs because there are so many children. In the end, they'll all be grateful for it, because no brother, no son, would dare steal from the woman who raised him.
