Forced to take his accumulated PTO (paid time off) from the past year, Dick is venturing out of Gotham for a vacation. Gifted the use of one of the Wayne's many vacation properties, an isolated house on the coast of North Carolina, Dick plans to enjoy a few days of sun, surf and quiet on his own before Jason joins him.
It seems, however, that his luck from last year hasn't gotten any better.

He's supposed to do dumb stuff like street racing random bikers through Gotham. Just his luck (bad, obviously) that the Red Helmet Guy had something a more sinister planned than a little racing.
