    “Maybe the Christians were onto something,” he says absently. The weeks spent eating wild game and what grasses he figured weren’t toxic had eroded what self-consciousness he had. Who is going to judge him for speaking with his immortal, genocidal curse? The monsters? “It would make sense. I’d have gone to Heaven, you’d have gone to Hell, so God threw us in purgatory and washed his hands of the whole thing.”

     

    “I certainly hope so.”

     

    Yuuji blinks. He hadn’t expected that. “Yeah?”

     

    “Oh, yes. If we are in what you call purgatory, that means we’re halfway to Heaven. Meaning, one day, I will figure out a way to break free and wreck their pretentious, wretched haven until there’s nothing left but smoke and ash.”

    Yuuji and Sukuna get thrown into another world. On balance, it's probably a good thing, even if only because something worthy could be built from the ruin they leave in their wake.

    Sukuna is the strongest. He has always been the strongest. He will always be the strongest.

    He begins to realize that he might have to share that title when he wakes up after over a thousand years in the darkness.


    Itadori Yuuji... Sukuna thought to himself, an intrigued grin stretching to his face. A face that he couldn't feel in the darkness. My unintentional prison. 

    "Your personal feelings?" Satoru confirmed.

    "Yes. Please do something about this."

    Megumi really was so adorable as he sat there, begging Satoru to give him a boon. It sent a thrill of delight down his spine. A reminder of the fact that yes, Satoru Gojo was fucked up - He was a God. He could once again force those close-minded council members into doing what he wanted. It would make Megumi-chan happy. Besides it always gave him great joy to remind those old men that the only reason they had power was because he, Gojo Satoru, allowed it.

    "I can't turn down pleading from my favourite adorable student, now can I~?" Satoru sang out
