So I have seen a lot of different takes on villain!SBI owing Tommy a lifedebt and him refusing, on principal, to allow it to be repaid. Which, don't get me wrong, I like - but this is a broke-ass bitch, and I feel like frequently, it would make more sense for him to cut the Gordian Knot of people saying the owe him by demanding repayment in cold hard cash.
