It shouldn't be all too surprising that some of Thomas' Sides carry a certain level of superstition or religious faith. They're a part of him, after all, so it's only natural that they'd take on some of him habits or belief systems.
It's only really surprising that Logan has taken on as much of it as he has.
Or: Five times a Side saw Logan praying, and one time his prayer was heard.

Summary
Tan Youyou straightens and presses another kiss to Giovanni’s lips, this one short and chaste. Giovanni is beautiful, so of course he thrills at the sensation of their bodies coming together even if the pleasure is only one-sided. Giovanni does try, though. When they come apart, he touches Tan Youyou’s cheek with one hand before stroking his hair from his eyes. It’s something.
“Good job.” Tan Youyou butts his forehead up against Giovanni’s chest, taking in the faint floral scent of him. But that’s not the only thing. This close, he can sense Giovanni’s Whimancy coursing through him like a surging tide, a rain-swollen river. Giovanni is a powerful stylist—almost too powerful to be believed.
There’s something uncanny about it.

Summary
The metal tree had always fascinated the Prince.
Only, it wasn’t a tree.
And, as it turned out, he wasn’t really a Prince. Instead he was… a side of someone’s personality? He doesn’t remember Thomas, or the other sides, those who call themselves his friends. He doesn’t really remember anything, not even his own name, no matter the efforts of Patton, Logan or Virgil. He must venture back into the Wardrobe door, back to the metal tree in an attempt to recover his missing memories and regain everything he has lost.
But perhaps some doors are best left closed for a reason. And perhaps some personas should remain in the ground where they have been buried.
