Minutes before Harry's fifteenth birthday, he reflects on his life choices and realize that his personality and magic is unbalanced. He works to correct that, but along the way he keeps discovering secrets upon secrets that continue to challenge his ability to remain standing. Through the challenges, he grows to appreciate the side of himself that he has hidden so long. At the end of it all, he becomes the powerful, intelligent, and cunning wizard that he had the potential to be all along. Takes place during OOTP.
