As he checks on Amy, he's also pulled into a deep sleep. When he finally awakens, he’s shocked to find Amy cuddled up against him. Edit: just FYI I hate the way I wrote the first like 4 chapters. I really hadn't gotten into the swing of things yet but it gets better from there. Every time i reread through those chapters I find another spelling error etc. I hope people give my story a chance despite it.
