Padmé hates Anakin, and everyone knew it. But on Valentine’s Day, Anakin decides to help Obi-Wan win over Satine and comes across an eccentric old man who sells him a love potion, supposedly capable of making someone confess their true feelings. The plan is simple: Obi-Wan will give the potion to Satine and finally find out if she loves him.
But things go horribly wrong when Padmé accidentally drinks the potion instead… and, to Anakin’s shock, it’s him she confesses her love to.

I have an inkling that episode 6 won’t give them that happy night for just the two of them they clearly need and deserve — so I had to fix this. Lexington didn’t receive the photos yet, Elaine didn’t interupt them, Cyril didn’t go full lovesick idiot. Just Ruby and James, finishing what Mortimer interrupted.Now with a 2nd chapter and a much needed talk.

There’s so much that Season 2 only briefly touches on — or doesn’t address at all. I can’t imagine the accident is never talked about. That Ophelia wouldn’t reach out again to her sister’s children after what happened. That no one tells Ruby about the crash. That James has just one therapy session and suddenly understands everything.
This is my attempt to take a different path starting from the accident.
