“The sleep thing.”
Dib blinks. “Ooookay, that’s… Creepy.”
“I know, right?"
“Why are you watching me sleep?”
“Oh, yeah. I get bored at night. Watching you mutter and toss and turn is mildly more entertaining than waiting for it to be day.”
“Of course you’d think that…” Dib sighs, thoroughly used to Zim’s oddities by now. “Well since you’re so bored, and I’m already awake, do you wanna sleep over?”
---Dib can't sleep. Zim is bored and makes it Dib's problem, which leads to an impromptu sleepover. Anatomy is learned and cuddles are had.

Summary
Dib has been suffering from an unknown illness for weeks now, and his father is too busy with work to offer any help. Zim, convinced that he is up to something and hoping to find out what it is, takes advantage of the boy's weak state and kidnaps him. Conversation after conversation, complaint after complaint, and now the alien is already conducting a full examination, trying to diagnose the newly acquired patient.
