When I came back this day, it was to the sound of annoyed sighs, angry cleaning, and frustrated calls in between two dishes. All of that, however, suddenly stopped as soon as my arms found their place around her waist, her back against my body, my head on her shoulder, and my voice in her ear greeting her as joyfully as I could.
