Summary
Vox made it clear that Alastor was unwanted if he couldn't be used like a weapon. His world becomes dull and muted; nothing brings him the same kind of joy anymore. He wants to be numb and tries to drown his broken heart in alcohol.
Valentino takes notice of a lonely little deer haunting the bar at one of his clubs and decides to take a chance on him.

Velvette, now fully down the stairs, pauses, “We?”
Vox, sensing his mistake, backpedals, “I just thought it would be fun! Team bonding, y'know! And extension to the veeso-”
“Fine.” She blinks, “But also why???”
“Because he's hot!”
“No.” She watches Val take a lazy drag as he observes the unfolding dumpster fire that is their living room. “I thought we decided he was ace or some shit. Put it on his Hellpedia and everything. God, this is gonna fuck up the-”
“He's sex-curious!” Vox insists, “Like how you fuck me because you're men curious!”
Velvette's voice pitches up, “I am not! men-curious! I've had men!”
