Kaminari Denki had officially hit rock bottom. Not the fun, “partying until dawn” kind of rock bottom. Nope (sadly). But the pathetic, “it’s six in the morning and I’m willingly walking into class two hours early because I’m too stupid to focus anywhere else” kind. If that didn’t scream academic desperation, he didn’t know what did.

Denki froze in the doorway. He was clutching his Present Mic pen like it could save him from the lump of yellow sleeping bag in the corner—the unmistakable growl of Aizawa Shouta, pro hero, homeroom teacher, and apparently, Denki’s new study buddy from hell.
