What if Rhys tore down that apartment block because it housed a community of revolutionaries and not just Nesta? What if the ic had to take control of Nesta not just because she may discover her powers but also she had discovered the power of community and solidarity? How does an economy work when the elites can conjure riches and wonders out of thin air and control the very elements? When the powerful can enchant objects to never wear out and ppl live for hundreds of years? And why is there still scarcity in such a system? Who becomes the underclass when the default slaves are removed from the equation and at what point does that underclass rebel? Why are there slums in the city of dreams, why are there still war camps in Illyria, and why are all of the Hewn City citizens left to rot in the dark?

Alternatively: give nesta a community, some Marx, and a gun please
