Izuku did not expect to be shocked when the Quirk Doctor announced his lack of Quirk, but it didn't bother him the slightest after a moment, or, to put it another way, he couldn't pay attention to it right now because he was too preoccupied with the fact that he had regained his memories from his previous life.
And the fact that this world is a world that exists from a light novel he had read as Mikumo Akatani and now he has reincarnated into a side character that will die soon.
Or: Mikumo Akatani reincarnates into Izuku Midoriya, a side character from a light novel he had read previously, who died from a villain attack during his third year of middle school's field trip. Along the way, he adopts soon-to-be villains.
