    Omg my doomed baby, the complilation of internalized homophobia and guilt and friends to lovers and pining is so good.

    I love yoshiki and "hikaru" but the part of me that sees so much of myself and people close to me in og hikaru makes me love seeing that relationship explored and them get to be happy and queer for a little while😭

    Suguru being down bad immediately iktr

    The air around him is cold, everything incandescent. And so, naturally, Suguru wonders if he’s just died and gone up to heaven. 
    He turns his head. 
    It's a bit too blinding to see. But there — on his left, standing by the doorway with his back facing Suguru — is Gojo Satoru. 
    Not heaven, then, thinks Suguru. 
    Ironic

    "“Where’s Suguru?” he croaks out.
    Shoko’s brow rises even higher. She crosses one leg over the other, leans back against the chair, and slides the lollipop out of her mouth. “Died in an alley somewhere.” "
    They love being ironic

    “Well,” says Suguru, “next time, we’ll do this whole dying thing properly.”
    Like when he has to kill him again after kenny😭

    “Everyone is saying,” continues Shoko, “that you are on your way to being the strongest of our generation.”
    Shoko being proud is cute but this is literally a curse, being strong is what ruins them😭 MY BABIES

    And if they need anything, surely they will come to him for support. Surely they’ll know how to ask for help.
    This whole fic is just pain and suffering disguised by domestic shenanigans and mild stakes like ik what's gonna come next you can stop with all the ironic torture

    But Shoko will never ask them about it, because it is not in her lane. 
    Like ik thats not what were talking about but it fits so well in general and its salt in the wound because you know this stuff will come up in different more serious bigger situations and their actions will be the same

    Unrelated but teenage dream by Olivia Rodrigo came up and its so gojo but also geto like omg

    Later, the jujutsu world will whisper. The strongest of their generation: rumours will spread, as all rumours do. All the events during this mission will become part fiction, warped by the stories concocted out of hearsay. The stories will be passed around so much that nobody will quite know exactly what happened, or which part of it is true.

They will both have grown up by then, one with more life than the other, and god, what a pair of men they’ll make then.     And you made me cry omg I knew it i knew it but I thought you weren't gonna say it. Kenny using geto against gojo is still one of the most evil things ever because omg using those memories ruining what had been between them. One of the only things they got to have that was theirs and like taking that away from them. Knowing the last conversation they had, that they had been in love i just cant hes so evil that was so evil

    But for now, none of that matters. 
    It’s you, both of them think. 
    All you. Satoru’s hands on Suguru’s cheeks, Suguru’s hands on Satoru’s back. The wind gets in their hair as they press each other down into the present, their eyes closed into prayer. God, the faith we place in forever. Neither of them has ever been any good at letting go, and so Satoru holds on tighter, smiling into the kiss like he’s coming up for air, and Suguru laughs genuinely, happily, filled to the brim with joy. And all of it — their warm bodies, the stars, the moonlight above and the city below, the horizon stretching far beyond either of their sights — all of it, in that moment, melts into gold.
    Oh um just stab me, twist the knife, pull it out let ne start to bleed out and then rib my heart out my chest no yeah thats okay!

    They were so in love in this and so fast and they went through so much and go through so much and I just wanna protect them but I cant😭

    Omg incredible, sad and sweet bc like gojo loves them so much😭 but then the pain because hes been through so much😭 and hes been so brave and strong and just pain because his one and only left him and he had no one he could rely on but at least dad satoru helped a lil bit bc he did love his kids and at least tsumuki was caring with him but omg the metaphor scene

    In current day, Megumi stops dead in his tracks. His stomach twists. Gojo thought… that was romantic?

    And I love the end with somber gojo reminiscenting on his baby who everyone sees as evil now but that was Bae that he never really got to have and just omg my babies and dadjo and his kids are my favorite jjk dynamics

    something about megumi trying to understand satoru better that gets to me. and of course single dad satoru hits hard every single time
    you putting tsumiki in a dancing class that she and gojo were so excited over broke my heart a little bit tbh thanks for that
    Anyway megumi being all like “he was so young when he took us in” “he always made time for us even when he was busy” etc and they going on about how ungrateful he was acting and how he didn’t make it easy for satoru at all but satoru always asked him to hang out with him anyway got like staring at the wall for 5 minutes . that was A Lot
    and they yuuji being all like oh he hanged out with me (and the My Teenagers Are Too Cool For Me Now) got me as fucked up as megumi i think
    i don’t even where to start on the megumi-meeting-suguru thing so i’m just gonna say that that broke my fucking heart<3
    Anyway the “you did. you did better” is gonna haunt the everloving shit out of me why would you write it like that i’m suffering now
