Summary
A year after successfully pulling off the heist in Blackwater and evading the law, the Van der Linde gang was finally able to buy their own ranch in the woods near Valentine. After deciding to rob a quiet cabin, Dutch and Hosea finds themselves to be the gang’s newest parents after finding a small abandoned child by the name of Arthur Morgan. What else are two clueless men to do but take the young orphan in and raise him as their own. Of course, no one ever said raising a three year old would be easy, especially without an infamous plan.

“Something on your mind?” Charles asked, his voice about as smooth as chocolate.
Arthur visibly relaxed, not even realizing how tensed he had been. There was that same affect the man always had on him. Arthur sucked in a long breath, the cold air hitting his throat like ice, and it stung in a way that made him want to try to cough it out. “No, there ain’t been nothin’ on my mind for a while now.” He lied. He didn’t really feel like opening up tonight.
“You’re not a great liar, Arthur.”
