“Well,” Shouto says, pouting harder. It’s like he can’t help it. Like he’s back to being fifteen. “Then why isn’t any of the stuff you do for me princess treatment?”
“It’s bare minimum because you’re important,” Katsuki says.
Or: Shouto asks his alpha what counts as princess treatment. The answer makes him pout a little. But what comes after isn't too bad.

Star Plasma's mission felt like a catastrophe long before he returned with the girl’s body, she and Yaga-sensei both waiting for the other shoe to drop. They couldn’t be in the clear until they knew where Satoru – or his body – went. It felt like something bad was going to happen, a tsunami of unavoidable change washing over them. In a way, it did, but she was expecting to bury her classmate, not witness their trio shattering and the King of Curses vinded around him like a vine. And Shoko certainly didn’t expect to hear from Satoru that he has a home to buy for “his kids to live a better life”.

Nobody knows him. That's a fact. Walking around like a dead husk, or a memorial, some even see him as an ornament, it's apparent that nobody really pays attention to the Water Hashira. Or if they do, it's usually for a negative reason. But as the Hashira emphasize and become more serious in being a group of friends, rather than comrades, the path to take this route may open the shadowy and painful past of one of their most misunderstood Hashira. One that may bring guilt, shock, annoyance, anger, or all at once to the Pillars. And so, why is Giyu so closed off? So mysterious? Why are most of his records erased? There's a lot of digging that needs to be done.
