Summary
At first glance Everfield, Montana is just another small town. Surrounded by endless mountains and forests it doesn't really stand out on its own. What you don’t see is all the tragic stories surrounding the small town and haunting its citizens.
There’s the case of one James ‘’Bucky’’ Buchanan Barnes, who went missing at 16 years old after a late night out. He left his best friend, Steve Rogers, home at 10:00 PM on a Saturday night and never arrived home. The boy was missing for months, and the town had all but given up hope of finding the missing boy, assuming he had been taken prey by a wild animal, only for a couple of hunters to stumble upon him by a river 10 miles north of the town.
Then there’s the most recent case of Ronald Riley, which sparks suspicion in the boy’s closest friends. This leads the teenagers on a craving journey where they will be tested at every turn, while they unravel a mystery much bigger than they know how to handle.

The thing is, Barry knows.
Many seem to think he’s just a violent junky who doesn’t give a shit about anything else other than his income, which is correct most of the time. Keyword, most of the time, as it seems a certain khaki wearing kook is his exception.
Why exactly, Barry has no idea. It’s probably the money the boy throws around carelessly. Or, that’s what he tells himself most of the time, the truth is much more complicated than that. (It’s really not that complicated actually, Barry just doesn’t want to acknowledge it).
