After returning from the Land of Untold Stories, Belle and Rumple went their separate ways for a short time. They may have never reconciled, if not for the intervention of their daughter, and received a much-needed warning of the battle to come.

For thirty years, many such Persons of Dubious Reality (PDRs) have lived in a protected town in Maine, designated for their use and kept separate from the rest of the world, except for when their written lives dictate a predisposition to trouble, in which case it is the job of the underfunded Nursery Crime Division to wrangle them. Officer Emma Swan has worked in the NCD since leaving the Union Army ten years ago – being a PDR herself, she’s somewhat uniquely qualified for the job. But she might have her hands full when Peter Pan starts kidnapping fairytale characters; not to mention that she also has to find time to halt the American Civil War, figure out who really wrote Shakespeare’s plays, and persuade the man she still loves not to marry another woman.

Summary
Dissatisfied with the way canon has been treating beloved characters for the last three seasons? Well, this is a complete rewrite of OUAT starting from ep. 3x11 (canon up until then; if it doesn't get mentioned explicitly, assume it didn't happen). It roughly follows the path of canon but some major mistakes have been fixed, including:
- No CaptainSwan. Ever.
- Neal lives, repairs his relationship with his father and Emma and actually gets to be a freakin' dad
- Rumbelle in-character; some angst, but hopeful and it'll be worth it in the end
- OutlawQueen have some actual development, rather than a shoehorned relationship. Also Robin doesn't die.
- characters like Robin, Belle and Snow don't get shoved to the sidelines, only to appear when the plot (or a certain pirate's so-called redemption) calls for it.
- Not Zelena-friendly. Ever.
- Bit iffy about Hook; he spends a lot of time drunk under a bar and once got mistaken for dirty laundry.
- Blue Fairy is shady and may be villainous.
- Balanced ensemble cast with recurring appearances from other sidelined characters.Rumbelle, Swanfire, OutlawQueen and Snowing to the end! Hope you enjoy!

Summary
My brain has always been a big fan of Stargate with no actual Stargate. So here we are again.
I started writing this one a long time ago (more than five years ago). Now it's finished. I'm glad it is because the idea lived with me for a long long time before it became this.
Disclaimer: I don't know how Malls work, I mean, not really. So, creative licence yeah?
