At first, Percy wasn’t mad that Annabeth had been injured. He was just mad that she hadn’t told him.
Being mad she was injured came after he realized how she got injured.
“Cutting power to an elevator you’re inside isn’t logical. It’s stupid.”
Annabeth is hurt, so naturally Percy is pissed about it. Problem is, the injury is her own damn fault—and at this point, Percy is pretty sure his girlfriend’s antics and the ensuing heart attack he’ll inevitably suffer are going to be the death of him.

Summary
In the wake of the Titan War, Percy is learning that he doesn't know a lot of things, including but not limited to:
1) how to actually control his powers, 2) how to be a good boyfriend, 3) how to write this godsdamn essay due tonight.
The last one, at least is easy to solve. Annabeth comes over to help, and the two get closer as they figure out how to navigate their newfound relationship. As the night progresses, they end up binging Avatar: The Last Airbender together, and Percy gets a few ideas to solve the first problem. After a night of shenanigans and deep talks, Percabeth take a trip to the beach where Percy contends with his complicated relationship to his powers as he figures out how to use them without accidentally hurting the ones he loves.(OR: A cute early percabeth bonding fic plus Percy trying to figure out the extent of his powers)
