"And it’s fine. Really, it’s fine. Dream’s used to it. To the silence when he gets home, to the heavy cold he feels wandering his empty apartment before he logs on and hears his friends’ voices echo from the speakers. It’s uncomfortable, but he’s used to it.
So he buries himself in editing and videos and his friends and Minecraft until he forgets the way it feels to touch and be touched gently, until he forgets the ache and the cold that the Florida heat can’t reach. "Or: Dream gets a hug and his world shifts on its axis.

Summary
backstitch (v.)
The strongest method of hand stitching, where a stitch is sewn one length backwards on the front side and two lengths forward on the back, resulting in a solid line of stitches on both sides of the fabric. Backstitches are very difficult to break once sewn, and will often last longer than the fabric they're holding together.
Or: Zenitsu offers to teach Tanjiro sewing. While Zenitsu is also grappling with a crush on Tanjiro. This will definitely end well. -

Summary
It is back in the box.
They don’t know why It keeps coming out of the box. Why It can’t just stay put when they want It to, and the thought is strong enough that they stumble their next song, a messy discordant note ringing out. From here they can’t hear Noelle and Susie. Can’t hear It, either. But they are sure It is somewhere near. They locked up the kitchen vent. So It can’t get out from there. But much as they wanted to when they were little they never were small enough to crawl around in the vents to find all the secret paths, and beside Aunt Carol always pulled them out whenever they tried to wriggle through. It got harder when they lost their lookout.
(Or: alone in the Holiday house waiting for the soul's next move, Kris reminiscences on their past, everything they have lost, and the few things they have left.)

“Mom?” Kris asked. “When are my horns going to grow in?”
It took a moment for the question to register with Toriel. It was an innocently asked question, with no sort of consternation behind it, which was good, but even so, it gave her pause.

Summary
Susie is starved. She’s been starved of everything, her whole life, as long as she can remember. She isn’t sure what to do with herself when faced with more than just starving. The weight of their kindness is enough to make her sick.
Ralsei has some things to say about it.

Summary
“S'not your fault that—”
“—I hurt you,” Susie finished. She chewed on the concept, the edges of her voice frantic, her throat thick. “Because you deserved it.”
“Yes.” Kris pressed her hands against their chest. They smiled in a way that failed to be reassuring. Each desperate breath shuddering through their lungs confirmed everything Susie didn't want to know. “S’fine. It’s okay.”
Kris burned like a charred pan straight out of the oven, or an oil fire stoked by liquor. Susie reeled away. “You—you were trying to set me up,” Susie accused, trying to edge words around the chasm opening in her gut. “You were trying to get me to hit you.”
Kris wants Susie to hurt them. They need her to hurt them. Susie isn't as on board with the idea as they are.
