Wings are a symbol of ambition, of power, of respect.
They are not something that can be taken from the universe by force, they must be given. They are given to only the most capable, to the worthy.
And Techno just woke up with wings.
OR
AU where wings are a sign of being blessed by the gods or something along those lines. The royal family are the only ones to ever have wings, but the universe decides to have a bit of fun, and gives Techno some.
This causes some issues, considering the fact the royal family hears of Techno's new wings, and then deems him to be family. Even if Techno doesn't think the same.

Summary
During all of the twenty one years of his life, Yuuji never really cared about the fact that he was an Omega.
When most people meet him, they expected him to be an Alpha. His build, his height, the way he carried himself at first glance made it seem impossible for them to think anything else, especially with his scent hidden under carefully applied scent patches and copious scenting from packmates.
