Peering over at Satoru now, Suguru felt like his wishes were split in two; The selflessly helpful half of Suguru hoped that he was sleeping comfortably, he hoped his flu would pass quickly, and he even hoped Satoru was having a pleasant dream right now. But the selfishly helpful half of Suguru actually loved seeing Satoru in a pathetic state such as this, purely because it gave him an excuse to treat him softly for once… and he fucking loved it. He and Satoru were so used to beating each other senseless all the time, being fierce, competitive, snarky, and mean as a way of bonding and making one another stronger. All day yesterday though, Suguru had finally, for maybe the first time ever, been able to treat Satoru with the same care one might handle a butterfly or a flower… and there was something about that level of delicateness that was… just…
It was nice, new, novel. That’s all.

Keith puffed out a startled laugh, ears beginning to burn slightly.
“Oh yeah? That turn you on, Sharpshooter?” he drawled, letting his gaze flit over the limited view of his figure on the screen.
Lance was momentarily stunned into silence, mouth opening and closing soundlessly before he crossed his arms and diverted his gaze away from the camera.
“You’re evil.”
“What, you can dish it out but not take it?” Keith teased, relishing in every glimpse of feeling Lance portrayed.
Affronted, Lance levelled a glare at him, nose scrunched in that way it did when he was embarrassed.
“Hey! I can take it just as well as you!” he huffed. Keith lifted a single eyebrow. “That came out wrong.”
Or: Keith and Lance flirt too much, stand too close together and confuse their relationship status in front of friends and family. It takes them way too long to do something about it.

Miya laughed at their antics and joined in, pitching up her voice and making it breathy. “Aw Fushiguro, of course I’ll whisper into your ear about domain implication and long term effects of domain expansion on the brain.”
Amidst their giggles, Ishi rolled his eyes. “It’s domain amplification, and if sensei had a girlfriend, she wouldn’t call him Fushiguro, she would call him by his given name.”
“You’re such a wet blanket, Ishi. What even is sensei’s given name?” Miya responded, resting her head on her palm.
Ishi shrugged. They all looked at each other. “Wait, so none of us know sensei’s given name?”

“A what?” Suguru shouted back, slowing the manta ray curse down so that he’d be able to hear Satoru over the rush of air in his ears. Suguru had been flying around, too. He’d gotten tired of running after the swallow curses.
“A Whalemon,” Satoru said unhelpfully. “Something with a big mouth that could swallow a bunch of these in one go.”
That would indeed be nice. “Yeah, but. Whalemon?”

Satoru looks up from where his hand is reaching out, fighting to keep his eyes open as he turns slightly to where Suguru is standing. “Yeah? I’m fine.”
“Are you…sure? You just look like you’re…going to fall over or something.”
He’s right of course, Satoru wants nothing more than to be horizontal at the moment, but why does he care how Satoru feels right now? When has he ever cared? They’ve never been openly hostile to each other, but they’ve also never been more than classmates, who don’t bother with talking about anything other than school or training or petty arguments about who ate all the chips in the kitchen. (The shared kitchen, Satoru argued. If you don’t want other people to eat your food then don’t put it somewhere that they could get to it.)

Suguru is knocked unconscious on a mission while protecting Megumi from a curse. When he wakes up, he does not remember anyone, but apparently, he has a son, three other kids, and a husband? A very beautiful husband, much to Suguru’s delight.
Amnesic Suguru has no filter, and he openly lusts after his husband upon seeing him for the “first” time, and Megumi has to fight everything in him not to summon Mahoroga to get out of witnessing his father’s horrible flirting. Satoru only fuels the flames, much to Megumi's dismay.
