Strawberries waft through the room, tickling her inner alpha until it is all soft and sweet inside of Kazuha. She watches Jimin turn soft and wonders if they are feeling the same towards Minjeong. Minjeong rests her head on top of Jimin’s chest, and when the older alpha turns her head towards Kazuha and pats her lap, it feels like time is slowing down.
“Puppy, c’mere.”
Those two words unlock something frozen and buried deep inside of Kazuha’s chest, dragging out a longing that she thought she had discarded long ago. Kazuha feels her eyes grow wet, shining with emotions that seem way too complex to voice out in simple words. She huffs as a purr rumbles in her chest. It feels good to be included, feels good to have her alpha initiate this time round.
It feels good to finally be together. All three of them.

Jackie can still see Jeff’s disgust when she forced him to put his name to prom king, his discomfort so similar to Shauna’s when she forced both of them to go with her to prom when they were still juniors.
She smiles at the thought, the three of them drunk from a whisky flask some senior smugged inside as Jeff tried to make them dance to The Clash.
“Oh God, no” - she can barely stomach the idea of Jeff now - “Why do you think I keep kissing you?” - Jackie realizes then, how high she is - “Black hair, eyeliner, and too many leather jackets.”
“Jackie Taylor!” - Nat sounds bewildered - “Are you saying you only kiss me because I look like Trent Reznor?!”
Jackie is surprised by the amusement inside Nat’s eyes, the happiness.
“Oh, fuck you” - Jackie wants to climb on her lap and taste her happiness - “Like you are not kissing me because, somewhere deep inside of you” - she raises her finger, accusingly - “I remind you of Gwen Stefani and everyone has seen her poster in your locker.”
OR, Jackie is pre-griefing losing Shauna and Nat is a punk. Can I make it any more obvious?
