The Director regards him impassively, hands steepled together in front of his face.

He lets out an exhale, then pushes himself up in his chair. “Though quite a lot for only one person to handle on their own, surely.” He cocks his head, and offers Miles the barest hint of a smile, eyes sharp. “Why don’t we pair you with someone that can help split the work?”

He knew that despite the cruelty and unkindness of the world, with the bonds forged between individuals any challenge was surmountable. Finally, he knew that compared to everyone else in the world, somehow he was Wrong. It is after all why he could say he knew all these strange things with absolute certainty. He was human. Yet he wasn't. The one thing he didn't know; what he was.
Not until being enough of a Flight Risk finally managed to land him in Tokyo.

But Mordred’s eyes were fixated on the wall and the text therein.
The left option stood there, upon the wall, like a tantalizing invitation, a riddle within a mystery; the right option seemed like both a warning and a reprieve from the unknown.
Mordred suddenly found himself unable to breathe.
OR:After waking up in an unfamiliar and barren room, Arthur and the Knights are forced into solving a mystery which only brings about more questions than it answers. Worst of all, Mordred fears the secrecy of sorcery will only get more jeopardized.
