"Stop," he begins through gritted teeth, making sure each following word is clipped and enunciated, "talking about me like I cannot hear you. I am pregnant and painting, not deaf." Sirius props himself up on his elbow, and maybe this isn't the most comfortable position in the world, but it's what he's got to work with in his current state.
"I am not nesting, that is a myth that I'm choosing to ignore, and we're not listening to Evans anymore." He shoots a pointed glare in James' direction. "She lost all credibility when she tried to tell me about a plug that got me very excited only for me to find out it was entirely different and disgusting. And something I don't even have as a man, something you people seem to be forgetting a lot recently. I rearranged the kitchen because it needed rearranging. It made no sense the way you had it, and yes, I've seen what you did last night. I've already set it right again."

"I didn't think-" Sirius sighed as Remus's hands came to his hips, gently working the too big jeans and underwear underneath down over his hips. Sirius shifted to help and when the jeans were piled in a corner, Remus resumed his worship.
"You don't think this is wildly sexy? You are more beautiful to me now than you were yesterday. You will be even more beautiful tomorrow as well. And the day after. You're carrying my babies. That makes you perfect in whatever form you take. And I've never been more attracted to you."
"Oh," Sirius said again, speechless with awe as Remus kissed his way up his legs, gently prising them apart so he could mouth at his plump inner thighs.

Sirius couldn't… he couldn't be suicidal. Regulus needed him and it was Sirius and Sirius was a happy person and he was strong and he just could not possibly be dead. He managed to open his phone again, finding that text still on his screen again. Biting down on his bottom lip to quiet his sobs he hit the call button.
Somehow this had to be a mistake. An incredibly cruel joke maybe. He wouldn't even be mad if it was, as long as Sirius was okay.
The phone rang out.
Sirius never let the phone ring out.

Remus was sure there was nothing more mesmerising in this world than the way Sirius Black’s silky hair flowed down his shoulders, or how he walked with a light sway in his hips, or the spark in his eyes as he smiled at him with faintly flushed cheeks.
He was proven wrong the minute Sirius stepped onto the rink. Oh, how wrong he was. If Remus was hypnotised before by just watching him walk, it was nothing compared to this. The man looked like he was born to be on the ice, more comfortable than a bird in the sky as he took long strides and started doing his thing, strong and graceful. A powerful dance, trailed by flying specks of ice shimmering in its wake. And fuck if the way Sirius moved his body, completely in control, didn’t make Remus’ stomach flutter. It didn’t help that his skating clothes left very little to the imagination, and all Remus could do was gape at him from the sideline trying not to drool on himself.

OR, Sirius and Regulus are figure skaters and new in town, and it just so happens that Remus works as a manager at the ice rink they go to. Ensues pinning.
