Summary
Four years after the events of part one, Tim tries to balance yet another secret identity, while Batman continues his search for 'The Sparrows'. Tim has come to terms with his life- what he doesn't expect is for old trauma to rise from the dead. Literally.

Summary
Tim Drake is your average 10 year old. The only difference is that his parents are never home, and he runs a mob of informants made up entirely of random kids. Where did he get the kids? Who knows. How did he get the kids? Gothams underground tunnel system, obviously.
Now the police call him 'Sparrow' and he is quickly becoming a symbol for a lot more than kidnapping. Batman's taken notice of him too, unfortunately the attention is less praising than he would prefer.
