Summary
“Dude,” Dustin says, sounding kind of horrified but also kind of delirious with elation. “Oh my God, you like him. You like Will. Will. As in, our Will. Our best friend Will.”
“I do not–” Mike tries, even though he’d kind of just admitted to accidentally kissing Will Byers, a little, so maybe that’s an entirely fruitless road to go down.
Listen. No one should ever let Mike make decisions right after he wakes up from a nap, okay? Especially not decisions where Will is concerned. This is so not his fault.

Summary
At BYU, Kevin Price thinks he has his life — and faith — all figured out. That is, until he meets Connor McKinley. Between stolen glances, too-long silences, and a friendship teetering on something more, Kevin finds temptation harder and harder to resist.
Arnold Cunningham’s interest in Nabulungi Hatimbi seems like harmless puppy love — until campus prejudice and personal insecurities threaten to pull them apart.
As the four of them navigate love, friendship, and the suffocating expectations of their environment, one question lingers: is it worth risking paradise for the truth?

Summary
It’s winter in Hawkins, and Mike and Will aren’t speaking anymore. Living in Mike’s house, Will tries to be invisible, spending most of his time in the basement.
Then the power goes out — and if there’s one thing he dreads more than facing Mike, it’s the cold.
or

Summary
And part of that is in the unmaking of him, in tearing down all that he was, in deconstructing the cleanliness, the precision, the picture-perfect posterboy member of the Church who thought he could come out here and change the world. Part of that is because he’s already dirty anyway. Already unclean. Shouldn’t the outside reflect the inside?
Kevin is perfectly content to continue with his plan, to drift and drift and drift until the other Elders stopped asking how he was doing and Arnold stopped sad-puppy frowning at him and Connor stopped pestering him. He’s perfectly content, until he isn’t.
His shirt smells like lavender and watermint, a faint drifting scent that makes Kevin’s chest ache. He holds the fresh-washed shirt up to his nose and inhales in and out and his chest outright hurts, a painful gut-wrenching stabbing feeling.
He’d said 'thanks' to Connor but that hadn’t been what he’d wanted to say, he’d wanted to say 'how dare you' but also 'now I smell like you and I don’t know what to do with that.'
***********************
Kevin is Not Doing Good. Arnold is a great best friend, and Connor is a good district leader. Connor washes Kevin's shirts, and things unravel from there.
