"Robin…?" she whispered, barely hearing herself over the sound of her own heartbeat.
Relief flooded her body so fast it made her dizzy. It was like her nervous system recognized Robin before her brain could catch up, her body responding to something her mind was still processing.
Her eyes burned instantly, vision blurring.
She didn't even think.
She moved.
She pushed past Eddie, past Steve, past everyone, straight across the room like there was nothing else in the world that mattered. Like gravity had shifted and Robin was the only thing pulling her forward.
"Nance-" Robin started, but Nancy was already there.
She crashed into her.
Her arms wrapped tight around Robin's shoulders, face pressed into her neck, breathing her in like she needed proof she was real. Summary
Robin is a ftm transgender man in this story. It starts after he realized he was trans a few months prior. Robin and Nancy have been best friends for as long as they can remember. Robin’s parents are kind of rich (more well off), but work a lot. Robin’s parents aren’t around much, so he spends most of his time at the Wheeler house where he is welcomed by Mrs. Wheeler. Ted is Ted. Steve already knows Robin likes girls, and they went through a lot together at the starcourt mall. (will get into that later on in the story). No Barb for simplicity's sake. The story will contain Ronance, Byler, Stonathan, Henderhop, and Lumax, but is mainly a story about Ronance (but Robin is ftm transgender). Don’t like it, don’t read it. I have not read the Stranger things books so anything I base the characters off of is from the show. Nancy, Robin, and Steve are all around 18-19 years old in this story. There is no threat of Vecna in this story but most of the events up until season 4 are accurate to this story. Max is not in a coma. If anything is inaccurate, let me know and I’ll fix it. Trigger warnings will be at the top of each chapter (if there is any).
