   Summary

   Nox told Chase that he wasn’t sure what happens when you die in a book, but what if he was lying?
   He plays the villainess, after all. They die all the time in books. Why would Ex Libris let him skip out on those scenes?
   Maybe Nox just didn’t want to reveal what actually happens when you die in a book.

   OR: Ex Libris is creepy, and Nox has died in books. A lot. And now he has to face it.

   There are no permanent deaths in this fic. TW tho it certainly talks about dying. And seizures.
