Summary
God returns to Creation, and sees that quite the mess has been made of his work, since he was gone. He is, naturally, not happy about this, and certainly not happy with the main culprit responsible for it getting to this point, who could do with a lesson or two on his actions.
Ultimately, however, He knows Creation can be salvaged. It won't be as great as what He'd envisioned, nowhere close, but He knows that with time, patience and a little elbow grease, both on his end and that of his children's, it can be fixed up into something decent again.
That is, of course, provided they can deal with what His wayward son unleashed, thanks to the Original Sin.
