Summary
Rumi Ryu, fresh out of an emotionally and physically abusive relationship, is finally ready to move out of her aunt’s house and into her own space. She settles on a small apartment building in a quiet part of Seoul, where she can see herself flourishing, hopefully.
Mira Kang and Zoey Cho have lived in the building for ages now and haven't had a neighbor in months. Probably because the rent price was outrageous, but they’re able to afford it together. When a mysterious, quiet and heavily guarded purple-haired stranger moves in next door, Zoey immediately begins “operation befriend the neighbor”. Mira is just along for the ride.Or: shy, quiet Rumi moves into the apartment next to Mira and Zoey. Love and chaos (good and bad) ensue.

Summary
After a demon hunting mission gone wrong, Rumi makes a deal with Gwi-ma to save her friends' lives. In exchange she gives up her soul to him. As the months go by he begins to claim more and more of her humanity.
Now it's Mira's and Zoey's turn to save their friend before it's too late.

But Mira cannot for the life of her remember Rumi's, and it feels like a violation to go looking for it now.

Rumi's smile grows like flowers wilt. "No, it is not."
