Summary
Oliver wasn't sure how he became the type of person he apparently was: a vigilante, gay(?), and probably sober. Part of him was convinced this was the best con Tommy had ever pulled on him and other part (the majority) was just depressed that somehow this was where he ended up. None of it made sense and no one was even trying to explain it to him.
Oliver knew he wasn't exactly bound to have a traditional life, but he this was beyond lacking tradition. The only thing that could explain even a bit of it was that future him had truly and utterly lost his mind. Maybe that's why none of his friends were particularly helpful, because they didn't know how he ended up here either.
Or Oliver Queen gets a concussion and with it loses eight years of his life.
