Summary
Story of Teddy and Billy where one is a many limbed god, the other a sacrificial offering.
Billy Kaplan is a man leading an ordinary and boring life with very little excitement in it. He finally agrees to go out with his co-worker, but his hopes for the date don't amount to much: perhaps a free meal and a quick and disappointing roll in the hay afterwards to break the months long dry spell he has been muddling through.
Unfortunately, the date leads to something far more serious than bad sex, and Billy finds himself bound and gagged at the back of an SUV. It is bad enough to be abducted, but to be captured by people planning to use him as a human sacrifice is worse. But at least the beings his abductors worships don’t exist; there are no dark and eternal, terrifying beings dwelling in the grim, endless depths of space just waiting for a morsel they could consume…

He didn’t expect the change to come in the form of a strange, Vastayan man going by the name Sett. Especially when Sett claimed to be from another universe and was now sleeping on Aphelios’ couch.
Sure, it wasn’t the change he expected, but Aphelios didn’t quite mind it. And maybe, with Sett’s arrival, other changes would come.
