Mrs. Figg noticed that Petunia was a nosy bit of work with insecurities hanging from her every harsh angle. She noticed when Dudley learned the word MINE-- the whole neighborhood noticed that one. She noticed that Vernon glared at owls.
She noticed that when Petunia gave Harry a truly horrendous haircut one year, it grew back in at a normal rate. Harry was uneven and weird-looking for ages, hiding under beanies when he could.
When Mrs. Figg had Harry over for carefully miserable afternoons of babysitting, she noticed nothing moved that shouldn't. He didn't accidentally make flowers out of fallen leaves, or levitate anything during tantrums, or turn toys funny colors.
Mrs. Figg called up her mother, interrupting the wizarding bridge game she was winning against the nursing home staff, and asked her how she had known, decades back, that her youngest daughter was a squib.

He hadn't successfully taught the boy how to fight or handle the tremendous power of One For All. The boy was far from okay - his arm and legs were injured, likely chronically, and he still didn't have the score to be admitted into the Hero Course. All Might had no idea what to do next. Nezu, however, did.

'I have a healing quirk,' he lies, begging the boy with his eyes. Please, say yes. Please accept my DNA. 'It only works on others. Let me h-help you? I won't last.' Toshinori's words come more and more haltingly. He can feel cold darkness encroaching on his limbs already. He tilts his hand, just slightly, just enough to renew his offer to the boy. 'At-At least… Not long enough… For help to arrive in time.'

Yagi Toshinori gets caught in a building collapse in his powered-down form. As he lays dying and without a successor, he offers his quirk to a young boy who is trapped alongside him.
All Might never makes it out of the building. But Midoriya Izuku does.
With no parent and a new limb-breaking quirk, he becomes a ward of UA.

Hisashi Midoriya is finally settling down, and wants to reconnect with his wife, and son- although, maybe meet his son would be a better word? Regardless, he finally has a chance to be the family man he's always longed to be and he'll be damned if he doesn't get his wife over to America for some quality time, and maybe his son too, if he's lucky. But Hisashi's heard Izuku got into a really good Hero school, so maybe the boy will stay in Japan.
Hisashi hopes his son will at least come visit, but either way, Inko is coming in 15 days, with or without their son.
Izuku has 15 days to convince his classmates that he's not the villainous and violent traitor they all seem to think he is. 15 days to figure this mess out, or he leaves for the USA. They'll believe him, right?

Mysterious forces move through the destroyed rubble of civilization. Emboldened by the hero’s decline, the underworld of Japan has risen up to grab control of the scattered pockets of resistance.
Convinced that All for One is somehow involved, Izuku sets out to stop these various gangs and bring peace to Kyoto. The young hero hopes to find himself along the way. His first stop? Seiai Academy. The place where his childhood friend is under attack.
I.E. - Vigilante Deku arc if it was much darker and Izuku’s friends supported his vigilante endeavors.
