A budgeting error in Wayne Enterprises means that the world now knows how much the Justice League is funded by Bruce. This wouldn't be a problem if his headquarters was anywhere outside of Gotham but it wasn't. Now people outside want to know the hero's opinion of Gotham, a city they don't serve, and Batman, the only one who seemed to give it a chance. Clark is the one given the absolute privilege of filming the disaster special in the making, oh and of course the goal is no one from Gotham is to know… how wonderful.

Life was painfully boring. Chloe Mareela had been born in Gotham and never left, even when her parents started their business trips again. Never home, “Sorry honey you understand don't you” , birthday cards, credit cards. That's what the her birthday usually looked like. She was giving them a chance though, a quinceañera was a special day after all and today was hers. (Hours later a new meta- vigilante roams Gotham, and a plane leaves the airport)
Or; Tim's background had so much potential, but I love him as red robin and the bat colony Fam dynamics so I just made another Tim and her name is Chloe.
