Summary
It had been many decades since Chloé had joined the Academy for Butlers.
Back then she had left her old life behind with nothing much, but hope for a better one, a new name and the support of her best friend and mentor. Now an old woman, still working, still proudly wearing the name of her friend long gone, she finds herself in a situation quite reminiscent of her past. Except, this time the roles are reversed.
Young Marie is a girl that is prideful, stubborn and often rude. She is also incredibly lonely and feels lost with the absence of her mother and the strictness of her father.
Chloé will do her best, to help this girl, like she was helped a long time ago.

To say that Chloé hadn't much experience with love wouldn't be entirely accurate.
It would be fairer to say that Chloé's past experiences just had been extremely unpleasant.
She had truly loved her mother and it almost destroyed her. She developed a giant crush on someone that never would have loved her back.
But this? This was an entirely new pain. Because how do you tell the person that has come to mean everything to you, that their love is in vain?
