Midoriya Izuku was 6 years old when his quirk finally came, and he found out he was a rare "false negative". And at the same age, he learned that having a quirk meant nothing if said quirk didn't stand out more than his red shoes.
Midoriya Izuku isn't quirkless.
He has a quirk.

Summary
A disastrous landslide caused by an earthquake takes out most of UA's dorms, leaving some buildings heavily damaged and many more completely uninhabitable. Class 1-A is lucky that their dorm was right on the edge of the disaster zone and so only slightly damaged, but things are about to get a lot more crowded.
Midoriya Izuku and Bakugō Katsuki end up assigned to a room together by random selection, the heating and cooling systems start to go haywire, and all of this may just end up being the start of something new, unexpected, and maybe even wonderful.

“What’s your name, kid?” Shouta blurted the question in a rare moment of impulse.
The child only glances at him, chewing his lip with anxious eyes like he’s done something wrong, before making his move on their sand board. “Iz-Izuku. What’s your name, M-Mr?”
“Aizawa Shouta. Nice to meet you, Izuku-kun.” Manners taste weird, Shouta decides as he gives a polite nod.
Yamada and Aizawa have been married for three years now, together for five, and despite still being fairly young and just getting a handle on being pro heroes they’ve decided they want to start a family together, starting by going to a children’s home for a visit and playing with the kids to figure out what they’re getting into, with the intent of eventually adopting when their careers become stable. But no one told them that sometimes it's the kid that chooses, not the parents, and the universe is a bit impatient to see a certain green haired child's happiness.

Izuku nodded along, too worried to interrupt.
“Kirishima knows too. He actually introduced us.” Katsuki rubbed his face, as if suddenly exhausted, “I had a crush on you since third year, and I needed to get over your straight ass, so I’m doing that. I’ve moved on.”

It was like the whole world came to a stop around them, they were the only two people. This was what it meant to get your soulmate, he realized as he continued to stare. This is what his mom, Aunt Mitsuki, and Uncle Masaru always talked about."
Growing up as a model, all Midoriya Izuku wanted was to get into UA and maybe have a chance at a normal life. Or, rather, as normal of a life as he could with his ears and tails being recognizable. Unfortunately, fate has a different plan when his soulmate saves him from insane fans. It might be love at first sight, but that's not to say that they won't have their problems.
Especially when his soulmate is so much older than him.
